Installation Question

I'm trying to install MazzleUI along with DeTard's WoW 2.3 Add-On Pack for MazzleUI but I am having a bit of trouble with one of the steps. Step 4 on the add-on pack page tells me to download the MazzleUI Fix but I have no idea what to do with it after I download it. I don't know, maybe I missed something, but could I have some help with this? Also, sorry if this question has already been posted.

You just extract it. That's all. Extract it and make sure the files are where they belong.
