Spell Duration/Cooldown Duration... of OTHERS

Hello there.

Does anyone know of an Ace2 (or NON-ACE2) mod that can show spell durations on others (and maybe their cooldowns?)

If someone banishes a pet, I want to be able to see how long it will last, and what the cooldown until they can do it again is. Is this possible?

If I cannot see their cooldowns, is there a way to see the spell duration at least? So I can see there is 5s left on the ice nova'd enemy or 10s on the banish

Now... Does this apply to Friendly units too? I saw a PVE Module, however the name does indicate ENEMY and not Natur Cast Bar.

Maybe i'm wrong

Well this is very possible.... but you'd have to know things about them you don't. Like there spec, what items they are wearing etc. IE this means stuff thats not readable through the combat log. You could have a mod that would give you a good guess, but that would be trivially useful at best.
