Looking for an Addon for targets

Ok, this is kinda weird, perhaps doesnt even exist...

Im looking for some kind of mod, that shows, imagine the omen screen, or something similar, with all the marked targets in the raid, for example, skull, x, square, etc, as they mark them.

And that stays there, for easy switching in the middle of the mess, like, skull is down, click on X on this "window" with all the targets, dps X, x down, click square, etc...

Any help would be really appreciated

I'm sorry, but this cannot be done. There *may* be a way to kinda do it now with 2.4, but it definately wouldn't be able to update during combat, and you won't have any information about Star if no one has Star targeted.
