someone to takeover for an absent author?

hello, i was hoping someone would takeover (by either copying and fixing, or simply emulating) the addon MoveAnything!

its a great addon but currently has lots of bugs and the author hasnt updated or responded to comments in awhile. (I've checked here and curse postings)

I know fluid frames is "similar" but it sucks in comparison imo, mainly because it doesnt have any gui like moveanything does (that lists everything you can move/modify with centering buttons and what not)

anyways would be much appreciated

Have you tried Visor2 with Visor2 GUI?

an update to MoveAnyThing was posted at Curse on Nov. 3, 2008. It fixes the Bag move issue among other changes.

just tried those 2 addons, and i cant get them to 'grab' some elements (like the casting bar) and the movement of the grabed elements doesnt work very well T_T

I hate it when a great addon (moveanything) just doesnt work perfeclty (the problem im having with it is that for somereason it makes my 'esc' key (or whatever is bound to 'game menu' randomly not function making it impossible to untarget or access the game menu
