Cooldown Timers2/3 replacement

I hope this is the correct forum for this. Possibly I may be doing something wrong that is breaking these, because it seems others are having success. Here is the issue:
in CDT2 - no cooldowns show up, regardless of re-installing multiple times.
in CTD3 - Cooldowns are there, but not a complete list.

I am looking for the same functionality in a different mod, or possibly a fix to this one. Any suggestions are welcome. I can provide an addon list if it is thought necessary to properly debug the issue.
