Addon with 24 button action bar?

Is there an addon that will somehow hide the menu bar and the bad bar and replace them with another set (12) of an action bar? I've seen Majbar but that one isnt working for 3.3. that'll look something like this?

Isn't there an addon called something along the lines of Popup bar... Pop bar... something like that.

Basically just replaces your menu bar with bars with a press of a button if I'm not mistaken.

Ipopbar looks like it might do what you want.

It allows you to change the side of the bar that has the micro menu and the bags into more action slots.

You could also use one of the many addons that allow you to set up action slots anywhere you want and recreate what Majbar does.
