Minimap: Show mini 'world map' without the docked and standard minimap

If you want to have the mini 'world map' window show without a docked minimap inside it, and without the standard blizzard minimap, just follow these few steps.

After testing this for a few minutes, because it effectivly gets rid of the minimap, the numpad + and - keys to zoom the minimap in and out does not cause the mini world map window to zoom. The mouse wheel scrolling, or pressing the + - buttons on the map window still works. Maybe Added key bindings in a future release could work around this.

It also doesn't show dungeon maps...

• Right-click the minimap, choose 'Options'
• Select 'MAP MINIMAP'
• UNCHECK: 'move minimap into carbonite map'
• UNCHECK: 'show standard minimap nameplate'

One more thing you may want to do if you want the border around the mini world map window to be solid colour all the time, instead of fading out after you move the mouse away, make sure the minimap window is 'unlocked' then right-click the border of the map, and set FADE OUT to '1.00'
