autohide action bars?

Does anyone know of a mod that will allow you to set some of the action bars to autohide? I swear I had it like this before (haven't played in quite a while). I have CT mod and also Bib Toolbars, both of which I like, but I'd be happy with any mod that allowed me to autohide the bars. Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

PopBar used to have this function, but I haven't seen it since I stopped using cosmos over a year ago. I also use Bibmod, as a confirmed minimalist.
