Buff Timer in default UI

Hai.

I was trying the default UI for a moment to test something and I noticed a bar called 'BuffTimer1' appearing during the tank minigame at the Darkmoon Faire. It displays the time remaining you have for the minigame. I'm fairly certain this is new since 4.3.

Mousing over it shows a percentage and tooltip.

Authors with buff timer addons may want to try and integrate this.

I just saw a video of that and asked myself what frame this could be.

There is a somewhat similar bar during the quest Studies in Lethality, which I did recently during some achievement hunting. So I wasn't surprised to see this one at the Faire.
