How can I get these frames or are they part of a UI ?

The frames around the ActionBars and Chat: eePanels2

Its using a semi transparent background (easy with eePanels) and a custom border which appears to be a mod of the Zork or Hal border (the center stripe in that SS is now transparent). Should you need the original Hal/Zork border(s) let me know as I use them in my UI.

The rest:

Button Textures: cyCircled with what appears to be the VolM texture
Buff display: Buffalo2 /w the Dreamlayout plugin.
UnitFrames (Player, Target, Raid, etc): Pitbull with a custom layout

Actually, it's probably the krsnik border (perhaps with extra padding between border/background).

So the borders are part of a mod or how can I get/make them ?
