Ui Resizing - Acaciaizm_MiniMe1.2 (to 1200x800)

I'm having allot of trouble resizing Acaciaizm_minime from 1280x1024 to 1280x800. I managed to get most of the panels the way I wanted but as I played I found there was still allot of things that needed to be aligned, like the Pet Hp-bars, cast bars and etc.

Is there anyone that could help me resize this UI or is there any sort of program that helps resize UI's?
