I need to shrink my buttons!! HELP!!!!

So I reinstalled WoW and am putting my addons back in. I need an Addon that lets me shrink my hot key buttons. I use my mouse to cast my spells, I have to have this or it clogs up my screen. I've used groovyui and insomniax but I can't find the name of the mod in both of their addon lists.

HELP!!! Thanks in advance!
