At present Bliz does not support a unique prowl bar. I'm not sure yet what changes, if any, there may be in that regard in 3.0 -- In any event, at present, nUI's main action bar is a functional copy of the Bliz action bar and therefore it is problematic to include unsupported custom action bars. That will change in the not-to-distant future however.
