Hunter Gear Requirements for Raids

Can ne1 plz post some requirements for hunters for diffrent raids (The Eye,SSC,Kara,Gruul's,Sunwell,BT etc.). I would like to know the required Health/Mana/Ranged Hit Rating/Ranged Attack Power/Ranged Critical Rating.
