Anyone know if ag_UnitFrames is still in development?

Is ag_UnitFrames still in development... the version on this site says it is not updated for wrath... i was just woundering if ths project is abandoned or somthing as imo it is the best lookling unitfamr mod.. way beetter than Xperl.

If it is abandoned... is ther ea replacment for it somwhere? Besides Perl or Xperl.
