LF chat button addon

Looking for a addon that only do one thing for me, relocates the scroll-down-button to the inside of the chat frame (preferably top right) and only shows it when you have scrolled up.

Anyone know of such a addon? my chat currently consists of a few very nice single purpose addons that I love

well aware of that, but I am looking for a single purpose addon, not a huge framework that do things I don't want it to do
