carbonite not working since patch.

Anyone else's carbonite not functional since the new patch went live on 04/14/09? I deleated and re-installed, still no luck...

In what way? The addon isn't there, parts are not working, it mostly works but x,y,z doesn't?

I am glad you asked Haavok, It was not there (in the game) after patch went live. so I unzipped the 3.1 carbonite (paid verson) download into the ../data/interface/addons/ subdirectory, "yes" to all overwrites. No Joy. I next went to the carbonite subdirectory mentioned and deleted all, whereupon, I then unzipped above mentioned download once again to the above mentioned subdirectory. Still not joy...

some friends and I had been speculating that perhaps no one's Carbonite was working and that a forthcoming Carbonite patch might be required, however, reading some of the forum posts this evening leads me to believe I may be the only one with broken carbonite...

Because you needed to click "Load out of date AddOns" on the addons list to get all old addons to load. Many old addons still work.

The addons path does not have "data" in it.

You should have the 3 folders like this:

World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Carbonite
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\CarboniteNodes
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\CarboniteTransfer

carboniteaddon, thanks that was what was required. Carbonite is up.
