How to public DAB?

I've a problem: I can't share my interface (discord action bars 3.0 settings) to a friend, how can I do?

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<YourAccountNameHere>\SavedVariables

in that folder is a file called DiscordActionBars.lua, send that to them and have to save it into the same folder on their computer (using their account name of course).
