I believe that is an Info Window if I'm not mistaken.

There should be a way to disable them in the options.

Carb has an info window with hp and mp? Man, I'm more ignunt than I thought!

Right click the Carbonite Minimap button ...

Not to sure what can actually be done with them but I do know that the default for Window 1 is Cast Bar and 2 is Target Hp/Mp

Also if you R-Click in one of those new Info windows you can create new ones. The firts few you create default to other things like Durability %%, Time/Date/FPS and Rest Status.

They can be editied to do other things I believe.
