different chat frame question

I use two computers. One with nUI, and one without. When I move my account between the two computers, I always have "issues" with the combat log.
After having been on the nUI computer, the non-nUI puts the the combat text box back in the general vicinity of the Blizz chat box, but on top of it and locked. To see your chat box it becomes necessary to unlock both the general tab, and the combat text tab and shuffle them back into a stack. Only to have it do the same thing all over again the next time.
Since I don't normally use the combat log, can you devise a way for me to tell it (the combat log) not to move, at all...but to stay stacked with the other chat windows on the left had side.

I'll look at it.

Also,. you should be able to move the combat log back onto the chat frame stack without unlocking the chat frame itself. Just unlock the combat log and drag its settings tab onto the chat frame settings tab and drop it.

I tried that, Scott, thanks. It works, but with limited success.
It puts it back into the stack, yes, but the tab is all wonky.
Works fine, looks goofy.
