mouse healing

Ok i got used to mouse healing people, (mousing over some one and pressing 1 of 4 mouse buttons, MB4 and 5 and scroll up and down.

I was using Clique to click the right button for me for MB 4 and 5, and scroll heal just worked it self, But now scroll is NOT working and i am unable to get Clique to understand that scrolling mouse is a keybinding...

Any idears?

I read somewhere on the official WoW UI forums about people having issues with key binding the mouse wheel... I think this is something Blizz broke in the 3.2 patch -- I don't know if it was on purpose or not.

i dont think bizz brock it, my old UI was able to mouse heal, but it was givven errors left and right doing it,

I will disable all addons and test it now.

Testing done, i am able to bind my mouse scroll key to heal with no probles,

I also tested with just nUI, and i am unable to mouseover heal, (i have a macro for healing in a set order of mouseover, target, targetoftarget, self)

So it not a bizz bug

Do you have Clique installed with nUI and do you have Clique installed to use the mouse buttons you're referring to? nUI *is* compatible with Clique, but it does not provide the functionality without it.

i have got Clique installed, i have got it set up for MB 4 and 5, but i can NOT set it for scroll...

Any idear how i can get Clique to have scroll as a Key binding?

Only way I know how to do this is to create a mouseover macro, but it on action bar, go to blizzards keybindings and set the button you have your macro on to mousewheel up or down ect. Clique cant to mousewheel scroll as far as I know but I might be wrong.

i already done this,

I have the whole of bar 3 set to mouse keybindings, but as soon as i mouseover any players bar i CANT heal them, i need to press the key on the keyboard to heal them, The side buttons are working, since i told clique to click the button set, I have this set on all toons...

Any idears?

Do you actually have a mouseover macro set on your bar or just the spell IE
/target mouseover
/cast Lifebloom
Set as whatever button you have it set in ie Action Button 1 and hit escape, go to key bindings, go to action button 1 and bind it to mousewheel up? If so, I dunno then.

ok here is one of my healing spells, lesser healing wave (small heal)

#showtooltip Lesser Healing Wave
/cast [target=mouseover,help,exists] [target=target,help,nodead] [target=targettarget,help,nodead] [target=player] Lesser Healing Wave

In cliuqe I using the click button fuction of it, so mouse button 4 clicks the button i preset for it which fires off a macro for chain heal (same macro above but for chain heal).

That is working fine, but clique will NOT let me bind a click or cast spell or play macro or anythign to the mouse wheel.

I hope i made it more clreaer

Clique works with mouse *buttons*. If you press down on the mouse's scroll wheel, it acts as a button. But if you just roll/scroll it, that is not a mouse button. You can, however, bind mousewheel-up/down in the default Blizzard keybindings menu. You can use this to bind to your macro button, but it will remove your ability to zoom in/out with the mousewheel.

yes i already have rebound zoom in and out to shift and number pad + and -

I had it like that for a long time now, I have already set the scroll/roll in the bizz to click/use the button thatgot the macro on it which will heal, but if i scroll/roll when my mouse is over some oen it will NOT cast it on ANYONE,

But if i pop the mouse over the bizz group frames it will heal that player i asked it to, but if i move over the nUI health bars it will NOT cast the spell (unless i use the backup keyboard bindings.)
