Buttons disappearing when switching stances/stealthing

Whenever I switch stances on my warrior, or stealth on my rouge all of my buttons in the new stance disappear, all I can see is the green buttons that move the bars, and the rotate buttons. I have to click the 'show grid' button to get the buttons back, but when I change stances again the buttons disappear yet again. Anyone got any solutions?

I get the same problem from time to time after mounting or dismounting. The buttons will still work via the keybinds but if you mouse click your buttons, you're pretty much screwed.
