Is it possible to keep the Carbonite World Map but shut the Carbonite Minimap off? I use another minimap and don't really want the Carbonite Minimap but the world map is really nice for me.

There's an option to close the carbonite map when you hit esc or M, rather than minimizing it. Sounds like that's what you want.

Wow! I'm blind. I think I didn't see it because it says 'hide' and is also in the map portion. Not the minimap. Thanks all.
