Pygmy Oil Candybar

So basically all I'm looking for here is a mod that conveniently tracks the duration left on the pygmy oil buff to prevent it falling off and wasting another 7 to become a gnome again. An awesome added feature that pops up a warning message in the RW frame or such that reminds me to refresh pygmy oil, similar to smartbuff. I know I could do this with many mods out there, but all of them have bloated features that I won't ever use or require too much user config. I just want something nice and simple so I can stay a sexy little sand gnome forever!

If anyone could be of assistance I and my raid would be greatly appreciative.
