Cooldown Icons

So after creating a window to track my cooldowns via icons, how does one actually make the icon window disappear while the selected spells are not on cooldown (that is available to use) ?

Everything that I think as simple and run-of-the-mill is never implemented when I first need it. Oh well.

I will wait until you fix the issue then. There is nothing worse than staring at an icon that is displaying ZERO information.
