Updating my Carbonite

How do I update my version of carbonite, it keeps telling me my version is old and I need to update? Call me a dumbass but I can't figure it out.

Just download a new copy from wowinterface and install it. Overwrite the directory(s) in your addons folder.

Just as the previous poster has stated, download the latest version from here and then unpack it into your AddOns folder. When Windows asks if you want to overwrite the files, say "Yes to All". Or you can just nuke the old Carb folders then drop the new ones in their place. Your settings will be saved as they are in a different location.
