Help with Bloodeagle UI

Ok, I used the search function and actually found an answer to my exact problem here
http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...nstall+trouble . The thing is when I did what was suggested it still will not work. I have all the files in the main addon folder, but WoW still does not recognize it yet as it still doesn't give me an option for AddOns.

Here is the basepack I downloaded
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...fo.php?id=3834

I also downloaded the Rogue pack
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...fo.php?id=3917

My install path is this
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns

Wow, someone actually uses that old thing?

Perhaps I should do a newer updated version to refelct today's wonderful and talented Mod authors

What do you think Cairenn?
