Battleshout Alert/Notification

I'm looking for a pretty specific mod. If it's not available i'd like to try to create one, or have someone help me. Anyways..

I'd like a moveable either Battleshout icon or window that i can place in a very visible place that shows me if BS is up or not. I would also like it to have an audible notification when BS drops so i know to renew it.

This would make it much easier for myself to quickly see (in the middle of a fight) if BS is up or not w/o having to scan through a bunch of buffs/debuffs.

Any ideas? Links?
