Load Character completion data

i have recently started doing Lore Master and i do not get a window update with my completion data. is there something i did wrong with the installation or something? i know i did a bunch of quests but i dont remember which ones i have done. i dont get the option on my 80, but i start like a level 1 character and the option pops up, im so confused. i have uninstalled and reinstalled carbonite, i can try that again.

any help is appreciated.


or was the Character Completion Data taken out?

Open Carbonite's quest log, go to the History tab, right click anywhere there, and select Get completed from server (or whatever it reads).
