Beta 4.0003 - no terrain map on close zoom?

I hope I'm just simply missing something, but on close zoom on Carbonite minimap it's not switching from map view to terrain view like 3.x did.

I'm not merging maps, and I run no other plugins but Carbonite.

Did I miss a setting? Or is this a bug?

I mentioned that is another thread. All the minimap art names have probably changed and I have not yet had time to find/copy/paste/edit them. There are hundreds of them. I want to get all the errors fixed first.

Blizzard released a bunch of art files Wednesday for dvelopers. Would those address the issue?

A Blizz official forum post said this about it:

"With the recent release of patch 4.0.1 many add-on authors may have noticed that the AddOn Kit will no longer automatically extract the lua/xml and art files from the player’s installed version of WoW. These files are now available on the World of Warcraft site in our Technical Support pages here and can be downloaded directly. "
