Carbonite v4.013 Doesn't load

Wasn't able to see the map properly inside Occulus instance, just a view zoomed right in to my character, party members were not visible.

So, I upgraded to 4.013 and Carbonite doesn't load at all....no messages, no errors nothing.

Anybody else experienced this or similar?
