no questgivers on map

Dear devalopers,
1. In your FAQ section I followed the instruction to see if carbonite is working correctly by disable all other addons, to see if I can find any questgivers. I looked at the map with different chars and in different zones throughout azaroth. I cant see any of them anymore, specialy in northrend. I disabled all other addons.
2. My questhistory has been deleted, does this have something to do with blizz resetting al quests maybe?

I know it must be a lot of work re-aranging all quests, due to the fact that lots of questgivers moved on the map. Any Idea when this will be solved?
Is there any way to get my questhistory back?

Leaves me to congratulate u with the magnificent job you all are doing to get carbonite working out fine through this hectic period prior to the cata release
