Auto/onthefly quests not auto tracking

When accepting one of the new 'click to complete' quests, such as the ones in Blackrock Caverns, the quest is not automatically tracked by carbonite's quest tracker.

The quest is accepted and added to your quest log, but when you look at the quest log the white button to the left of the quest name is un-clicked. If you click it, enabling it, it then shows up on the tracker, but as soon as you complete that part and get another the same thing happens.

this seems to be remedied in the newest beta.
