Punk Target Button Window

Plz help. I cant find my punks target button window. Tried reseting everything but i just can't find it..any ideas

Open Carbonites' options (type "/carb options" in chat, right click the Carbonite minimap button and choose "Options" in the menu, right click a non-icon area of any Carbonite map and choose "Options" in the menu) and go to the "Social and Punks" page. See if there is a mark in the box for the "Hide punk target button window"" option. If there is, uncheck it, and it should show up. You might have to reload the UI for this to take effect (type "/rl"in chat (without the quotes)).

I have this exact problem. My "Hide punk target window button" box us UNchecked. I have tried checking it, saving out, and unchecking it, but that didn't do anything.
The only options I have UNchecked under Punks options on that tab is:
Hide punk target button window, lock punk target button window, and Play sound on new local punk detections. Everything else is checked. I am assuming that my window has somehow been moved off of my screen. Is there a way to center this window without resetting the entire addon? Or perhaps I just have something set wrong.

EDIT: I should say, this is only one one of my toons. On my others, I can see the punks window just fine.

Right click on the minimap button from Carbonite and take a look there.
There are options for the 'windows'. Maybe you see an option there.
Something like show window 1, show window 2.
I don't know which one is the punk one etc.

Or if you have another 'window' on your screen.
Right click on that one and take a look at the options

Shortly. Its probably there somewhere but I can't tell you exactly where.

I looked through those, I didn't see anything that affected the Punks window.
