Healbot error- shows everyone out of range.

I'm having a problem with Healbot where the module shows everyone out of range, even myself, at all times. I never had this happen until I deleted Interface/Cache/WTF a day ago. I tried deleting and reinstalling the addon itself three times now and even deleting my folders again and reinstalling addons to no avail. any help is greatly appreciated
