Map flickers when mousing over new zones or in a dungeon

I used to use Carbonite then to fix some issues with another addon, I wiped all of them and reinstalled everything. After reinstalling Carbonite, my maps show up just fine but as soon as I scroll out and mouse over another zone, my fog of war starts flickering while zoomed out enough that the map looks like the default wow map skin. It doesn't flicker when I'm zoomed in enough to see the Carbonite map and when I'm moused over the zone I'm in.

The flickering seems to flicker from all the other maps fogs to the one I'm in, back and forth over and over.

So it's not flickering anymore, but now it's only showing the zone I'm in and the zone next to it when I mouse over, even when I zoom in, if I'm looking at another continent it changes nothing as I zoom in.
