Oversized Tooltip Problem

After downloading the latest CTMod for 1.11, I am having an unusual problem where I would use a spell on one of the casting bars and an oversized version of a detailed tooltop would appear on the top right of my screen. This would cover the entire minimap. However, you can still click through it and it is translucent enough to still see what's behind it.

Any suggestions to stop this would be much appreciated. Not a show stopper but still very annoying.
