Quest Watch resize

I believe I missed something.

How can I keep the Quest Watch area from resizing. I have Locked the window and checked the "Use a fixed size" box....and it doesn't seem to do anything. If someone could ELI5 me I would appreciate it. My previous version worked fine on this, but I am am not having much luck with the newest Beta release. Thanks.

Seems you need to actually turn that option off, drag the window to the size you want then lock the window.
Took me a while to figure it out, only looked because I blew up my old settings, thought I'd forgot how to do it.
