Edit: And you still can't export code or art files.

Edit 2: Addons are enabled using:
## Interface: 60000

but it seems if any addon doesn't have that then all addons are disabled (marked out of date and unable to change this ATM). Seems sensible at this stage.

Using custom textures seems to be broken or the pathing is changing.
