where can I change the cast bar text and timers coordinates?

How do you mean "change the text"? The font in that screenshot is already different from the default

Regardless, it's in /realadv -> Fonts. The position of the text is not configurable aside from left/right

is there no way in the lua files to change the position?
before my clean install this problem wasn't there :O
