RealUI possible to make actionbars bigger?

Hi guys, can i make the actionbars bigger? i was doing it with the bartender menu but after switching the layout on RealUI the actionbars go back to standart sice.
i hope you guys can help me,

The DPS/Tank and Healer layouts in RealUI have separate profiles in Bartender. So if you want them to have similar looks you have to change those settings in both profiles.
