Please help - Layering

Hi, I have been playing with eePanels and I got my ui exactly how i want it, but when I try to put the chat frame into one of the panels, the panel overlaps the chat frame.

Does anybody know how to change the chat frame layers, or know any mods that can do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
