What is this cooldown mod?

Hi there, i watched this video on warcraftmovies .com and even though i consider myself fairly industrious when rooting out mods, I can't identify the cooldown mods used in the first half of the video. I am speaking specifically about the cooldown icons that appear only when an item/ability is on cooldown.

Also, i'd like to know what spell ability cooldowns bars the author used above and to the left of the toon.

i know it's a big download, any help is greatly appreciated

pretty sure its called, CEnemyCastBar the only place i know to find it is in a compliation from discord. but i hope this puts you on the way to finding it....

well, i have been using natur's enemycast bar, and i can't configure it to where it only shows icons and no bars.

that's probably the hardest part, since all the cooldown mods out there are based on bars, when all i want is just an icon.

i am beginning to think it may be flexbar, but i have no way to test it since i don't think there is a current version.

you can give cooldown timers by sorren on wowace.com/files.

It looks like Dotimer to me

It tracks dots and cooldowns, either can be set to bars or icons.
