CT Mod help please =)

Hello =)

I have downloaded CT Mod and I am very excited to use but I cant figure out how to bring up the control panel in game. I am sure its very obvious but cold meds are blurring my common sense hehe.

I also downloaded the Metamap..could this be the problem? I do see many other files in the Addons folders..Blizzard stuff, do I need to delete that? I looked for the Addons button when I was logging in but I didn't see it anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

If the AddOns button isn't showing up on your Character Select screen, it means the mods aren't installed properly. Check your install path, example:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\CT_BarMod
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\CT_Core

etc

Thank you for the prompt reply =)

My path looks like this:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\ctmod\CT_BarMod

I created the ctmod folder..sounds like I need to remove it perhaps? I did that because the instructions I found said this:

8. Your final path should look like:

PC:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\< ModAFolderName >\< files >

Thanks for the help!

Aye, you've got folder-in-folder syndrome. Just take that folder out of there and put the other folders beside the Blizz ones and you should be good to go.

/edit *nod* I've never figured out a better way to explain that, sorry for the confusion.

Ahh ok..the ole 'folder in folder syndrome'. I had my suspicions.

Thanks for helping this Nyquil befuddled brain sort that out. I now have an Addons button.

Woot!
