Mod's will not download correctly

Anytime I download a mod it switches to an Adobe Acrobat file. How do I get the file to where i can extract it in the folder without an error? The error just says "Can't make a folder" I have Windows Vista Home Basic

I dont know what u means by "it switches to an Adobe Acrobat file"...does the extension became pdf , or extension is zip(rar) and it opens in acrobat reader when you doubleclick on it? In that case your file types are linked to the wrong application. Simply open Winzip and open file from within

Indeed, and this thread was posted almost 12 hrs after the first post, and you knew that people were trying to help you on the other thread. There was no reason whatsoever for you to start a second thread on the matter. That's called spamming. Don't do it.
