What mod is this for seals?

I was browsing the mods for paladins, and I came across PallyRunner. I'm not that interested in most of the mods, but in the screen shot I saw a circular device that had the paladin seals. With the new patch 2.1 breaking my palysealbar, I'm looking for an alternative (I have full actionbars). What is this mod that does the seals in a circular fashion?
