Link Enchants in Macro

is there a mod that can let me make macros (or something similar in function) that will allow me to link enchants?

Can't u open the macro menu in game and and shift click your enchants into it ? from what i have seen didn't they make it so links only worked in trade ; i may be wrong but i am not linking hardly anything to anyone
