Prat counting problems

I'm having problems with my prat settings. I'm fairly new to prat and also prat isn't the most userfriendly mod out there with too simple explanation on the works of the mod itself and the "/prat" help function not helping that much more.

Now my problems isn't any error messages or anything of that nature. My problem is that Prat counts every chat in the frame (i use singleframe)
In case i explained it a bit tricky ill demonstrate

Player1 36: hey
player2 37: hello
NPC: Selling apples, get ur apples here
Player1 39: think im gonna get some apples
Player 2 40: ok, get me one too.

I have colored where the problem is, i want to get rid of those but i don't know how. The numbering also counts npc's (just doesnt give them a number) . This problem is quite annoying, so someone, plz HELP!

EDIT:

Found the problem myself after ALOT of messing up the Prat mod and resetting it countless times. The settings for PlayerNames can NOT be enabled at all or this counting will appear. i tried changing the settings and that didnt help at all but when i toggled it off it stopped counting.
