WB!

A buddy of mine had his account hacked and when he reported it to Blizz, they immediately froze his account. After that it took him faxing ID's and letters to their office over the course of almost two months to get his account unlocked. The worst part was that his 60-day gamecard was eaten up during that wait and Blizz refused to reimburse for that. He did get some of his items back though.

I'm not sure, (because I haven't been able to get a game-card, and I'm on holiday in Phuket ^^) but I believe that i've had no money or items sold/stolen from my character..

I did lose one thing though... My guild T.T".

Well.... hard to say whether they have their "end" sorted out or not, depending on how you take that, but it's always nice to see folks able to return to play this fun game. Welcome back.
