EEpanels art help

I was looking through the old screenshots post, and came across http://img160.imageshack.us/img160/5605/fullresjv9.jpg, its beautiful lol. I know that it uses discord art however, and i was curious if there is a way to make that skin or w\e on eepanels2.

Yes. You just add the textures, just like DART. eePanels is the new DART. It pretty much works the same way now with scripting and parenting and all that fun stuff.

ok. Well i havent really worked with dart much in the past, so i am somewhat clueless as to where to start. Any advice as to a good place to learn this stuff.
